Dill is responsible for the processing of all personal data, where we ourselves determine the purpose of the processing of the information and the instruments we use for this.

When does Dill collect personal data?
We mainly process information about you in the following cases:
- You have registered a user for our service
- You have opted in for a newsletter through our site
- You have sent us an email
Dill has an IT operating model where we operate a large part of our systems ourselves, but where we have also left the operation of some systems to external parties.
External parties that handle your data is:
- Stripe for payment processing. Read their Privacy Policy
- Amazon, using Simple Email Service (SES) with servers located in Ireland. Read their Privacy Policy
What personal data we collect
- Your email address for authentication
Your payment information is exclusively collected through Stripe, including name, address, company name VAT ID and other data you handle via the Stripe Billing Portal. We refer to the Stripe for updated details on their privacy policy as linked above.
Web analysis
We track anonymized data through Google Analytics.
Right to get an overview of your personal data
You have a right to get an overview over the personal data we store about you.
All the personal data we store about you if accessible through the user profile dashboard.
Right to delete your personal data
You can easily delete all personal data connected to you through the Dill dashboard by first logging in with your user, going to the user profile and choosing to delete your account.
To be fully compliant with privacy legislation, we also delete your data regarding both active and cancelled subscriptions.
We do not refund an active subscription if you delete your account during an active subscription, but your subscription will be cancelled and there will be no additional charges.
Emails
If you have an active dialogue with us through email, we could store your information for up to two years, but if there is no practical use for the correspondance, we have a policy of deleting it earlies, which we usually do.
Cookies
We store cookies for enabling authentication and essential features for using our service. These cookies are never shared with any third parties.
Encrypted passwords
Passwords are encrypted and exclusively managed by you, the user. Representatives from Dill or Lillo Interactive AS will never ask you for your password.
